Finally, i got my new com.. old com harddisk everything spoile le, have to change a new one.. haha.. finally can blog le.. Today have a long day, went to school in the morning from 8 to 230.. lol.. den due to some changes i went hm instead of going westmall.. nvm went hm to take a nap coz having training at tong whye in the evening.. During training, vy sian, coz need to do a lot of drills that required lots of physical. Like full court lay up, where u can onli bounce 3 times, this need to do a lot of running, coz it isnt an easy feat when u first do it, later do 2 person passing wif onli 3 passes, den have to do full court too, den do 3 person 8-figure passing, wif 3 passes too. and this is when we take a break, and is after 1 hr of fast running or another word spriting.. haha.. Anyway after the break, we did some running again, after that have to shoot free throws, onli 2 chances, missed 2 balls 1 side, missed 1 ball another side, missed no balls, in the centre.. onli 1 person missed no ball.. haha and he was boon kiat.. the joker in the team, i missed 1 ball.. den ppl who missed 1 ball have to do launches for 3 times across the court, ppl who missed 2 balls, have to do 5.. woohoo.. the person who missed no ball, get to drink water.. lolx.. nvm after that need to do some upper body physical, first we had to do diamond push up for 30 times, den sui bu for 10 counts(counted by coach, so i more than 1 min ba i guess).. after that opened up push up for 30 times and sui bu again.. after the sui bu, is the worst part which is run 4 zhe, last 2 who came in need to redo the whole upper body training again.. so everyone tried their best and in the end the coach tis time let the last 2 off, no more next time.. After i finish the launches, my tight and hamstring was abt to cramp, so when i heard that need to do sui bu, i stunned and looked at my coahch, but anyway, luckily during the rest time while waiting for ppl to get in position, i stretch as much as i can, in the end didnt cramp lahz, so i was luckily for me.. I think tml when i go to school for extra lesson, my legs going to be vy painful. haha.. nvm.. coz no pain no gain, stop here le, update next time ba.. when i have to time..lolx
